📜 Sociallegend : Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SocialLegend SMM Panel (the "Service"), owned and operated by Sociallegend ( "we," "us," or "our").
By registering an account with SocialLegend and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Service Overview
- 1.1. Purpose: SocialLegend provides a platform for users to purchase social media engagement services, such as followers, likes, views, and comments (collectively, "Services") for third-party social media platforms.
- 1.2. Disclaimer: SocialLegend is not affiliated with any social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). The Service is solely a third-party intermediary.
- 1.3. Service Results: We strive to deliver services as described. However, we do not guarantee that the services will remain active permanently. Social media platforms frequently update their policies and algorithms, which may result in a drop in engagement (e.g., follower loss). No refunds will be given for such drops unless explicitly covered under our Refill Policy (see Section 4).
2. User Obligations
- 2.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SocialLegend immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
- 2.2. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to promote or facilitate any content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive.
- 2.3. Account Status: You agree that you will not place orders for social media accounts that are private, restricted, or have geographic or age limitations. The target account must remain public during the order fulfillment process.
- 2.4. Multiple Orders: You agree not to place multiple simultaneous orders for the same link until the first order is marked as complete. Doing so may result in improper order tracking and loss of funds.
3. Payment and Fees
- 3.1. Pricing: The prices for all Services are displayed on the SocialLegend website and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of placing an order is the final price for that order.
- 3.2. Refunds (General): All payments are non-refundable unless an order cannot be fulfilled by SocialLegend (e.g., the service is discontinued, or the order is stuck in "Pending" for an unreasonable time). If an order is canceled for this reason, the remaining funds will be credited to your SocialLegend account balance.
- 3.3. Fund Withdrawals: Funds added to your SocialLegend account balance are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account. You must use the balance to purchase services on our panel.
- 3.4. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit has been completed, without first attempting to resolve the issue with SocialLegend, will result in a permanent suspension of your account and the forfeiture of all remaining balances.
4. Refill and Drop Policy
- 4.1. Refill Guarantee: Certain services may come with a "Refill" guarantee, clearly indicated on the service description. This guarantee covers drops in the purchased engagement within a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
- 4.2. Refill Process: If a service drops below the ordered amount within the guarantee period, you may request a free refill. Refills are processed based on the current availability and speed of the service. If refill is currently unavailable we reserve the right to reject your refill request.
- 4.3. Exclusions: The refill guarantee is void if:
The user changes the target account/post to private or deletes the post.
The user orders the same service from another provider simultaneously.
The drop is due to a natural, verifiable suspension or ban by the social media platform.
5. Privacy Policy
- 5.1. Data Collection: We collect minimal data required for account operation (e.g., username, email, IP address, payment details via third-party processors). We do not collect or store your social media account passwords.
- 5.2. Data Usage: We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, process transactions, and communicate with you.
- 5.3. Third Parties: Your information (like the target URL/username) will be shared with our third-party service providers to fulfill your orders.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SocialLegend, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7. Limitation of Liability
SocialLegend shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. You acknowledge and agree that any use of our Service is at your own risk and may potentially violate the Terms of Service of the respective social media platforms. SocialLegend is not responsible for any account suspension, ban, or content removal by a social media platform.
8. Changes to the Terms
SocialLegend reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the SocialLegend Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
